California African American Museum

This small museum is both a celebration of individual African Americans and a living showplace of contemporary culture. The best exhibits are temporary and touch on themes as varied as the human experience. Free Admission.

Manhattan Beach Botanical Garden

The Manhattan Beach Botanical Garden is Free and open to the public during normal park hours. It is a demonstration garden exhibiting drought tolerant plants and is a certified nature habitat containing many CA native plants. The garden is an educational space and wildlife habitat.
